Get your product ATEX certified
Let's talk about your product and how to comply with ATEX
A Technical File is a key step to evidencing CE Mark compliance with the ATEX Directive, this usually includes documents such as Product literature, Risk Assessments, Declaration of Conformity (DoC), Essential Health and Safety Requirements (EHSRs), all of which have a place in support of your legal obligation. In many cases the Technical File can be complex and time consuming to compile as their preparation will often require specialist technical knowledge and a detailed understanding of specific Directives or Regulations.

TOP TIP: It should be remembered that the market surveillance authorities in Europe and the UK have the power to request a copy of your Technical documentation. If they have reason to believe your product is unsafe, they have the authority to stop shipment of products, impound products and even seek prosecution.
